There may be times in your life when you feel troubled but are unable to identify or think through your difficulties on your own.
Psychoanalytic psychotherapy provides an opportunity to speak confidentially and openly to someone who is trained to listen in a particular way and who is able to help you to make links between past and present experiences to better understand and address your current difficulties. |
Psychoanalytic psychotherapy offers a safe, reliable and confidential setting in which you can explore problems and be helped to make links between early experience (often outside conscious awareness) and current difficulties which can become better understood and worked through with the therapist. The therapy sessions are regular and sufficiently frequent to provide support and continuity and to enable working in depth. This makes lasting change possible |
